Captured this scene showing activity at a busy port. Locals wade in the water. Several boys seem to be enjoying jumping off the pier! Passengers are seen walking toward the cruise ships. Fishing boats are docked, perhaps having caught their quota for the day!
Perhaps our sun setting at the end of day is the most photographed event for photographers at all levels! Our “Star” often provides beauty beyond what words can describe as it sinks from view weather behind a mountain, city or body of water!

The sheer size of this cargo ship caught my eye as I was returning to my ship one sunny afternoon and I just had to photograph it for my files! This sort of thing makes me HAPPY!

Woke up one morning to see these “Tugs” lined up ready to escort their large sea going cousins out of the harbor to the vast ocean! They were a beautiful sight!
This huge cruise ship provides Happiness to several thousand cruisers every time it leaves port! I prefer much smaller ships over these mammoth vessels that cater to the whims of those seeking an escape from the real world! “The Ship of HAPPINESS”
