What I love about this photo is the gentleman in the background looking longingly at someone else making a sale. For the record, I went over right after this and purchased from him.
This is a photo from a series I shot at the Thousand Oaks Farmer’s Market. An incredible example of how our agricultural and cottage industry workers are thriving and growing the things that nourish us. I’ve come every week since discovering it 2 months ago and I always leave heavy with fresh food and a restored faith in humanity.
