Friend It Forward

In addition to filling my heart and mind with learning, laughter, and purpose, one of the greatest and most unexpected joys of the journey has been finding such wonderful friends along the way. MAPP was a lesson that friendship is at the heart of well-being. In life and when teaching, I encourage people to “friend it forward.” It is never too late to make new friends!
