Positive Connections

During my MAPP journey, I discovered the phenomenal act of slow looking: regarding a piece of art for a long period of time to find something new. That led to slow living: slowing down to nurture the connections in my life and recently during a slow connection moment in a cafe, it began to rain. The rain delayed my departure but when I looked through the window, the reflection of our cups showed up and I snapped this shot. It’s a reminder that when we are intentional about slowing down, we can notice beauty!
