This picture reflects a turning point in my journey at UCT. After battling depression and chronic grief after the loss of my best friend in 2025, I was finally able to see a little bit of light coming my way. I started rediscovering who I am and who I could be without someone who helped shape me into who I am from childhood into the early stages of my adulthood.
Through it all I still have hope that through all the punches that life keeps throwing at me, I will always come out better and stronger on the other side.
