The joy of working and playing together

The first thing I did after completing my capstone was present my research on the importance of belonging in the school setting to my staff, consisting of teachers, support staff, admin staff and even the custodian. Together we have built a community where everyone matters and belongs, and together we bring this culture and this powerful message to our students from kindergarten to high school graduates.
