Two dreams and one vision

Two dreams and one vision come together in this photo. In the 70s my mom and I would go to Rancho La Puerta to enjoy the first well-being spa in North America while my dad gave talks on holistic health. For decades I dreamt of speaking about well-being at this magical place. Upon graduating MAPP (my other dream!) I was invited to become a part of their inner fitness team at the Ranch. This photo was taken the day of my first talk. It was written on a stone outside the room where I gave a series of five talks entitled “Foundations of Flourishing” to an audience eager to become part of the 51%.
