PADDY

They have been producing rice using traditional methods for centuries. Farmers, who display the best example of solidarity in fields where agricultural machinery cannot enter due to terrain conditions, work in a cooperative manner. With the first light of day, they transport the natural spring water that comes out of the high-altitude mountain to their fields through channels they open by hand. Paddy pools are created with shovels in the plowed fields. During the harvest season, the villagers both consume the rice they harvest, grind it in the mills in the village and separate the husks from the rice and sell it to make a living.
