Ecstatic dancing

I went to an ecstatic dance class. Which was basically dancing freely on the beach with my friend Grace. I met some lovely people. I was happy to be doing my first exercise class after my operation, trying something I’ve never done before. it was in a public place so I felt vulnerable with everyone walking past staring or commenting but the groups made me feel safe to fully go all out with my dance moves and fully embrace the class. The fact some of the music I had never heard before and didn’t have any music was wild to me, but I still loved it. The view 100% made it even better felt like I was away it was a great break yet challenge for my brain and confidence.
