The unveiling of a granite monument honoring those that perished on 9/11/2001.
This nation bonded together the likes of that had not been seen since the attack on Pearl Harbor 12/07/1945.
Flag makers worked overtime filling orders for our national emblem that was flown everywhere. The song “God Bless America”, was played daily on radio stations all over our country. Every person that can recall that fateful day knows exactly where they were when they heard the news. Unlike today, our country put aside their differences whatever they might have been in order to galvanize together.
