Full circle moment

As I sat in the sauna at the sky lagoon in Iceland. All I could think about was hoq grateful i was for the life I lead and the people in it atm. I kept thinking back to thus ring last year. I was going through bereavement and recovery. So going from being in hosipital/grieving to siting in a beautiful sauna in Iceland was really a special moment that I hope to never forget. I hope I will never take the people who helped get me though this year. My body is a power house that can endure more than I thought. Bring on this next year!. Last year was about recovery, this year progression!.
