This piece began with a real photograph of a child at a lemonade stand whose expression conveyed curiosity, concentration, and wonder. What moved me was the feeling that an ordinary moment could suddenly become extraordinary.
Using AI, I extended that feeling into something more visibly magical. The glowing lemonade and sparkling light became a way to express childhood imagination, joy, and the sense of possibility that can live inside simple everyday experiences.
To protect the privacy of the minor in the original photograph, I changed the facial features in the final AI-generated image while preserving the mood and emotional essence of the scene.
For me, this work reflects well-being through wonder, presence, and delight. It is about the quiet magic that can emerge in ordinary life, and how AI can help make that inner feeling visible.
