In 2018, as the result of finding myself at the crossroads of motherhood and yearning to rekindle a professional purpose, I founded inconversationwith.org, a women’s speakers series salon that encourages women, through personal storytelling, to draw inspiration by acknowledging and honoring each other’s successes and learning from each other’s hardships. This initiative has allowed me to experience the power of community as a source of human flourishing based on collective wisdom, inspiration, motivation, and support. Originally from Venezuela, I currently reside in Connecticut with my loving husband and our three beautiful boys, surrounded by a community of amazingly supportive women.
