Father and Daughter

In this photograph I attempted to recreate my memories of my father showing me how to cultivate and care for gardens. His respect for nature, his caring for me, and his joy in the wonders of nature formed the groundwork for my own love of life and many happy sojourns into wild and urban gardens of this world.
