Happy to see you

A lady is welcomed by pupils who seem excited to see her for the first time. These pupils are currently undergoing a system of learning called “learn by radio” where classes are delivered over a radio in order to cover rural areas that are usually harder to reach. The lady is part of a supervisory body to inspect that effectiveness of these classes.
