I am who I am because of my mom

This is my mom, who I believe truly embodies the idea of kin keeping and “I am because we are”. She is kind. She is generous. She is unconditionally loving. She is the one that everyone in her life calls, when they need a shoulder to cry on or when they want to celebrate their wins. She always thinks about those around her and how to uplift them. She is the one that holds us all together. She is loved and appreciated more than she knows. I am so proud of her every day and so proud to be her daughter.
