Luck or circumstances or perseverance?

Wandering around with my camera in the city of Korçë in Albania, I came across an unexpected encounter. The camera almost fell out of my hands. I was looking at the blue house when a woman in a blue dress walked past me. Despite the shock, I took a quick photo, hoping it would be clear and net. I believe that luck is perseverance and the right moment.
