Patience

While in Costa Rica on a tour with my mother a couple of years ago, our group stopped at this beach to watch the sun set (absolutely stunning). There on the beach was this happy-go-lucky dog, waiting for something or someone. It was not until a bit later that we realized that “his person” was surfing the waves. Obviously the two came to the beach often, with the dog patiently waiting and watching as his person enjoyed the surfing. (Rest assured, the dog had as much fun as his person – he was quite the social butterfly, keeping our small crowd of tourists entertained as he waited.)
