If we are increasingly losing one thing in this entirely digital age, it is direct contact with nature, the distant case of all the sensations that it transmits to us through our skin, the flow of its energy through the simple gesture of touching. This vital force, which is already part of us, but which we often take for granted, can be found in simple gestures, such as touching a rock warmed by the sun or holding a simple bunch of ears of corn in your hand. From this collaboration with the nature that surrounds us, and which also completes us, our vital energy arises, an energy that we must learn to respect, seek and with which we must interact to try to make our future better. This series of photographs was taken in the summer of 2024 on the Tuscan coast near the city of Livorno
