Grateful Grandpa

At a crucial life transition point, I found MAPP – and my daughter shared that she was pregnant with my first grandchild! Quinn became MAPP.19’s grand baby – and I experienced what I believe is the most powerful positive emotion: the love of a new life. My daughter captured this view of one of hundreds of positive interventions that have occurred since the “Adventures of Quinn and Grandpa Harry” story began a week before graduation 2024. I am better equipped to notice and understand and maximize the flourishing power of these lovely moments. I am grateful for that. -HH
