The best form of midday inspiration sometimes happens when you look just outside the window… [location: Avenue of the Americas in Midtown]
I have so many fond memories walking down this street, East 73rd street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue, during the winter time. Makes me think of the holidays and family. Happy holidays!
I found inspiration in the grid-like nature of all of the lines present in the tiles and signage throughout the subway stop. I layered a few images to create more of a grid sensation as well as to make a visual texture that gives the red diagonal fluorescent lines more depth.
During the pandemic, I spent about two months in New York City. The highlight of my day was taking walks in Central Park and photographing interesting things that I saw. I’ve always felt that Central Park is filled with incredible beauty and amazing things to see. Central Park allows me to see and feel happiness
