These revelers are celebrating Cinco de Mayo, the Mexican victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla that occurred on May 5th, 1862. Those of Mexican American heritage celebrate annually with Parades, food, music, dancing and battle reenactments.

A retirement community in Florida decided they wanted to set The Guinness World Record for the longest golf cart parade. Most of the community came out to witness the event!
