Indoor skydiving. Had a litteral blast with my friend this day. She was super kind and thoughtful and got me a chai on arrival. Thought this was super thoughtful as she didn’t have to think of me.
Smiles all round
At work I used the parachute during our physical activity. As we were playing with it it I looked around the room and everyone was either smiling or laughing so hard (including me). It was lovely to see that I could bring a smile to everyones face even if it was just for a moment.

Be kind
Today was my first solo date outside of the house this year. I went to a beanie decorating class. Loved it as I was solely focused on my beanie and could leave the world and my thoughts at the door. everyone was lovely and chatty. I even got compliments on my beanie. Loved how creative
