I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work on and research autoimmune diseases, and in the process be able to lead journal clubs to share and discuss amazing and relevant current research in the field that makes a real difference in the world.
I have coloured my hair in rainbow colours with hair chalk and play ukulele every day in our backyard. My partner teaches uke and we had to break our 20+ member band down into groups of 8 on our verandah during restrictions last year.
This fern frond was broken off its parent plant. Sad that its beauty would never be realised. Symbolic of millions whose lives were cut short by COVID. 😔
