Our long time pet Biscuit died this week. We have so many happy memories shared with him. His age was taking its toll on his well being. Goodbye our dear buddy you are missed but we know you are free of pain.
Tshwene Lodge is situated in the Welgevonden Conservancy in South Africa. These 6-month old cubs were focused on their mother stalking a warthog. A deep bow of gratitude for this gift – we stayed at the lodge for 3 days after an intense and relentless working period during the second wave of COVID-19 in Hermanus.

Couldn’t help but snap a shot of this street in Chinatown right before meeting friends and family for dim sum. While the sense of smell can not be captured through photography, this image makes me recall all of the delicious aromas being emitted from all of the restaurants in the surrounding area.
Travelling is a great way to connect with people – those known but who stay far, and those not-known earlier but are now close friends and colleagues. This is for the hope to be able to travel freely again !! Amen
This branch stood out from others in our garden. Its delicate arm reaching out from the main source, very independent and beautiful. I find many things in our garden that tend to make me Happy!
