Although I do not always feel strong, confident, and content with myself and my body, it is important to take notice of the times that I do. I am so grateful for how far I have come and for being able to appreciate moments of self love.
I am reminded by the words of Thich Nhat Hahn that when we walk and meditate we can grow flowers under our feet. Blooming flowers always bring me joy and this tide of poppies never ceases to bring awe. Very grateful for all that nature shares with us.
