Old rusting exhaust pipes extend above a tugboat engine. They have gone from bright shiny metal to this deteriorated condition after many years of faithful service. To me there is a beauty with them contrasted against the blue sky.

Hanging Basket

My wife works at placing flower arrangements all around the home, both inside and outdoors. This little “basket” adorns the entrance to our front porch. Caught it when a shaft of sunlight was directed on it. The porch was in deep shadow, exposed for the arrangement letting the background go black. Just love taking photos
